Do you do repairs yourselves?
We manage them for you. Our vetted repair partners do the body, wheel, dent and glass work, and we handle everything else: the quote, scheduling and pickup.
Who do I pay?
Eco Car Cafe. Repairs are billed on one invoice from us, at the trade pricing we negotiate with our partners.
How long do repairs take?
It depends on the repair. Paintless dent repair is same day. Wheel repair is same day, and all four wheels are done the next day. Windshield chip repair is same day at Bellevue Place. Auto body repair takes several days, sometimes a week or more.
