MORE THAN
JUST SHADE.

01

Heat Rejection

Ceramic films block significant solar heat — keeping your cabin cooler and reducing A/C strain on every drive, especially in Washington summers.

02

UV Protection

Block harmful UV rays that cause skin damage and accelerate fading on your dashboard, seats, and trim — regardless of cloud cover.

03

Privacy & Security

Darker shades make the interior harder to see into, reducing smash-and-grab risk and giving you a sense of privacy on the road.

04

Glare Reduction

Reduce blinding glare from direct sun and oncoming headlights — improving visibility and reducing eye fatigue on long drives.

05

Shatter Safety

Film holds glass fragments together on impact, reducing the risk of injury from shattered windows in an accident.

06

Interior Preservation

Protect leather, plastic, and fabric surfaces from UV-induced cracking and fading. Your interior stays looking new — and your resale value stays higher.

How much does window tinting cost in Bellevue and Seattle?

Front two windows start at $200 for dyed film, $250 for Ceramic XR Black and $300 for Ceramic XR Plus. Full-vehicle pricing depends on glass count and shape, so send your vehicle details through our pricing form for an exact figure.

What is the difference between ceramic and dyed film?

Dyed film darkens glass and blocks UV but does comparatively little for heat. Ceramic film uses non-metallic nano particles to reject infrared heat, so the cabin stays measurably cooler at the same shade, with no signal interference and far better clarity.

Is ceramic tint worth it in the Pacific Northwest?

Summer sun through Puget Sound glass is stronger than people expect, and UV exposure is what cracks dashboards and fades leather year round. Ceramic film protects the interior you have already paid to keep clean, which is why we recommend it alongside regular auto detailing.

Can you remove old or bubbling tint?

Yes. Failed film has to come off before new film goes on, and adhesive removal is charged separately because the effort varies with age and film type. Send photos with your enquiry and we will quote removal and reinstallation together.

Can I add tint to a car that already has ceramic coating or PPF?

Absolutely. Tint sits on glass, so it is completely independent of a ceramic coating on your paint or paint protection film on your panels. Combining all three is our most complete protection package.

Where is your window tint studio?

Tint is installed in a controlled, dust-controlled environment at our Bellevue Place location on NE 8th Street, and we serve customers from Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Issaquah and Mercer Island. See all services on our services page.

Washington State requires front side windows at 24%+ VLT. All our installs are fully compliant.

VLT (Visible Light Transmission) is the percentage of light that passes through the film. Lower numbers mean darker tint and greater privacy.

For most drivers, 20–35% VLT on rear windows hits the sweet spot between privacy and visibility. Front side windows must be at least 24% VLT under Washington State law.

Our installers will walk you through the right shade for your vehicle, lifestyle, and local regulations — no guesswork, no surprises.

How long does installation take?

Most full-vehicle tint jobs take up to 4 hours depending on the number of windows and vehicle type. We will give you a time estimate when you book, and many customers pair the appointment with an interior detail so the glass is spotless before the film goes on.

How long until I can roll my windows down?

We recommend waiting at least 3–5 days before rolling windows down. The film needs time to fully cure and adhere to the glass.

Will tint affect my defroster lines or antennas?

No. Our film does not interfere with your rear defroster lines, embedded antennas, or any other in-glass technology. Tint sits on top of the glass and has no impact on their function.

Is the tint legal in Washington State?

Yes — we only install film that complies with Washington State law. Front side windows must be at least 24% VLT, and we follow all state guidelines on every install.

What's covered under the warranty?

Our films carry lifetime warranties covering bubbling, peeling, fading, and delamination. Ceramic XR and XR Plus packages include transferable manufacturer warranties.

Does tint affect visibility at night?

With a legal VLT of 24% or higher on front windows, night visibility is not significantly impacted for most drivers. Darker shades on rear windows can reduce rearward visibility slightly — our installers will help you find the right balance for your driving habits when you book an appointment.
